Started off great, they were able to make up prescription sunglasses for me, even though i have a astigmatism. Paid, waited patiently. Glasses arrived was very happy, until the Oakley sign feel out of its insert to which i noticed (FAKE) poor quality frames. I have another pair of Oakley's which are over ten years old and still have the Oakley sign inserted into them. Made the complaint was told to send them back, to which i asked how long this would take?, no answer just send back. So why must i send them back and wait with no glasses for them to then send me the genuine/real glasses. Why not send them the first time and why not say to a unhappy customer we (Smartbuysunglasses) will send the replacements first then ill send the defects back then. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
Ordered my glasses over a month ago. They're made in China, not to my knowledge. The glasses were shipped in 7 days, but never made it to me. Somewhere in Hong Kong. After many emails, excuses, apologies, I finally asked for a refund. Very dissatisfied and will never order from them again.

My experience with purchasing my RX frames online was great. However, the frames a really big which is why I’m giving four stars. Because I tried them on I was unable to exchange. The frames are gorgeous I just wish the fit was better
Was easy to order! Super great deal on 2 pairs and delivery was quick and prescription was spot on!
Fast shipment and the glasses came as advertised.
Jaybie went above and beyond to help today. I have dealt with the customer service with this company a few times and every time I am impressed with how much they are willing to really try and give you want you want. It is hard to find companies that care anymore!
They truly don't even deserve 1 star. Not only did it take weeks for my son's glasses to be made, it also was NEVER DELIEVERED. Do not buy from this site. They pay for a cheap delivery system and I mean cheap due to the fact that I've never had an issue with UPS, USPS, and or FedEx delivering packages. DHL(the company they use)? Shipped it to the complete wrong address - the house in the picture isn't even on my street and in the picture you can clearly tell the package was tossed onto their front lawn lol what a joke. Have been going back and forth with "Lauren" who has been completely useless. Explained to her that I now have a different card than what it was originally purchased on and still waiting for my refund. Just keep getting run around useless emails. Don't buy from them. EZcontacts and EyeBuyDirect are both trusted sites. Will never venture out again.
Ordered prescription sunglasses. Received them and found that they had reversed the prescriptions for the lenses. Asked them to correct, here is their response. Seriously, they want me to pay for shipping to ASIA and pay to have them checked for their error?? I wasn't asking for a new pair, I was simply asking for my glasses to be made correctly. I have to prove that my eyes can't see with the glasses they sent me?? Terrible.
